Position: Travel Desk Officer

Minimum Qualification:  Business Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Minimum Experience: 1 to 2 year work Experience in administration department.

Job Description:

  • Handle domestic and international queries, requisitions and itineraries.
  • Process vendor invoices and payment within the company defined TATs.
  • Have smooth coordination with all vendor and respond to their queries immediate.
  • Build strong liaisoning with accounts and Tax department smooth payment processing.
  • Maintains accurate records of bookings, payments, transactions and Guest House Expenses, electronically and hard files both.
  • Process Employees’ and company owned Guest Houses expense claims.
  • Prepare Monthly activities report and keep track of trends.
  • Handles travel issues, conflicts, complaints, cancelations and refunds.

Competencies & Skills Required:

  • Effective Communication Skills – written and verbal both.
  • A quick learner with “Can Do” attitude.
  • Well aware with Microsoft Office.
  • Strong Team Player with sound work ethics.
